Summary of Key Points

What information do we collect? When you submit an inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and the responses you provide. When you donate through Zeffy, your payment information is handled by Zeffy and Stripe — we receive only confirmation and donor contact details necessary for acknowledgment.

Do we collect sensitive personal information? The reflections shared through inquiry forms may be personal. We treat them with care and do not share them outside our team.

Do we sell your information? No. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information — ever.

1. What Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on our website, we collect the answers you provide. Specifically:

  • Begin (recipient inquiry): Your name, email address, and your responses to the reflection prompts.
  • Facilitator or partnership inquiry: Your name, email address, and any details you share about your environment or calling.
  • Donations via Zeffy: Your name, email address, and donation amount as relayed to us by Zeffy for acknowledgment and record-keeping purposes. Payment details are processed by Zeffy and Stripe — not stored by us.

Information collected automatically. Our website hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security and basic site analytics only.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Review and respond to inquiries for access, facilitation, or partnership
  • Acknowledge and process donations in accordance with 501(c)(3) requirements
  • Communicate with you about the Foundation's work and your participation in it
  • Maintain records required for nonprofit compliance

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Foundation's mission.

3. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your contact information and inquiry responses for as long as they remain relevant to our work together. Donation records are retained in accordance with IRS requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations (generally seven years).

You can request deletion at any time for non-compliance-required records. Email shaun@in-count-her.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will remove your records within 30 days, except where legally required to retain them.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate (such as Netlify for hosting, Zeffy for donations, and email delivery services) — only to the extent needed, and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Regulatory reporting — as required for 501(c)(3) compliance, including IRS filings. Donor information included in public filings follows applicable thresholds and rules.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all form submissions. Donation payment data is handled entirely by Zeffy and Stripe — we never store card numbers or banking details.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email shaun@in-count-her.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are designed for adult women. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Who We Are

The Incredible Women of Color Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Our mission is to fund access to the In-Count-Her Rhythm™ — a Christ-centered formation practice operated by IWoC Voice & Legacy Group LLC — for women who are ready but do not yet have structure or access.

2. Use of the Services

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree to use the Services in good faith and not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, the IWoC Foundation name, the In-Count-Her™ name, logos, and all formation materials — is the property of the Incredible Women of Color Foundation, IWoC Voice & Legacy Group LLC, or their respective licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the website for informational and charitable purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, redistribute, license, sell, or commercialize any content.

4. Donations

Donations made through this website are processed by Zeffy, a third-party giving platform. By making a donation, you also agree to Zeffy's terms of service and privacy policy. The Incredible Women of Color Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization — gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donation acknowledgments will be provided as required by the IRS.

All donations are used to fund access to the In-Count-Her Rhythm™ in accordance with the Foundation's charitable purpose. We do not guarantee that any specific grant or funded seat will be fulfilled if circumstances prevent it, but we commit to using all donations in furtherance of our stated mission.

5. Inquiries and Forms

Submitting an inquiry form (Begin, Facilitator, or Partnership) does not constitute an agreement or guarantee of access, acceptance, or a formal relationship. All submissions are reviewed personally. Not every inquiry moves forward. We will respond to inquiries at our discretion and in alignment with the Foundation's capacity and mission.

6. Spiritual Formation Content

Content on this website reflects the Christ-centered formation framework of the In-Count-Her Rhythm™. It is offered from a particular spiritual perspective and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or need professional support, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Incredible Women of Color Foundation and its founder, officers, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

Charitable Disclosure

An honest note about who we are and how gifts are used.

The Incredible Women of Color Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law. Our EIN and charitable registration information are available upon request.

Our sole charitable purpose is to fund access to the In-Count-Her Rhythm™ — a 90-day formation practice for women ready to return to what they already know and follow through consistently. Every gift supports this work directly.

We are committed to responsible stewardship. We do not use donated funds for:

  • Executive compensation disproportionate to our size and mission
  • Fundraising costs that would reduce the impact of gifts
  • Any purpose unrelated to funding access to the formation practice

The In-Count-Her Rhythm™ is operated by IWoC Voice & Legacy Group LLC, a separate legal entity. The Foundation funds access to the practice — it does not own or operate the practice itself. This structure is intentional and disclosed here for full transparency.

Formation outcomes vary by individual. The Foundation does not guarantee specific results from participation in the In-Count-Her Rhythm™. What we guarantee is that every gift is directed toward making access possible for women who would not otherwise have it.

For questions about our charitable status, financials, or how gifts are used, contact us at shaun@in-count-her.com.
